Meeting the Needs of Youths
The founders have over 30 years of experience in the field of youth development. They understand the importance of developing harmonious social relationships and lasting, life-long skills, which are conducive to job stability and career trajectories. However, the process of developing a sturdy framework requires time and effort. The Association hopes to provide their support at the earliest opportunity to aid youths upon their journey of self-actualization.
Open Lines of Communication
China, Hong Kong, and Macau have diverse cultural landscapes, generating varying abilities, characteristics, and perspectives amongst the locals. Integrating these differences and finding common ground will create better opportunities for the next generation.
Cherishing Human Resources
The founders of this Association are veterans in their respective fields, surrounded by capable professionals with the ability, experience, and willingness to contribute to the nation and society. Thus, the Association hopes to create a platform for cultural exchange and perpetuate a collaborative atmosphere wherein members can congregate and share ideas.
Aligned in National Development
The world is in constant flux; a process of rapid, global development is underway, and competition between countries are fierce. New developments in the high-technology sector, such as artificial intelligence and robotics, improve rapidly and evolve each passing day. Thus, besides learning general skills, the new generation must develop teamwork and cooperative skills to face the new challenges of today.
